If I owned my own business

Sometimes I think it would be fun to own my own business (setting aside the actually running it part... haha) Sometimes I think it would be fun to design my own menu for a restaurant (I really like my homemade deep-dish pizzas or lemon-jalapeno salmon, geez this would be good in a restaurant! hmmm) OR my own clothing/accessories store (even though there are a million of these). Wouldn't it be fun to showcase my eclectic tastes...
